Steps to Create a LRA POP/IMAP Webmail Signature
1.
Access your “Webmail Account”

Log into your CFC/AYS Webmail Account (details)
2.
Go to “Settings” (details)
3.
In the “Settings Pop Up” go to “Signature” (details)
4.
Select “Add New Signature” (details) or “Edit” “Current Signatures (details)
5.
Prepared to enter HTML Code - left Click the ”< >” Icon (used to enter HTML Code) (details)
2.
Copy HTML Code - ONLY SELECT CODE BETWEEN THE DASHED LINES
o
Choose (CFC HTML Code) or (AYS HTML Code)
3.
Paste “HTML Code”into the “Source Code” Window prepared in step 5.above
o
INSURE “SOURCE CODE” WINDOW IS EMPTY PRIOR TO PASTING THE HTML CODE
o
Left Click the “OK” Icon to close the “Source Code” window (details)
4.
Save your work before editing (left the “OK” and then left Click “Save” (details)
5.
Repeat steps 2, 3, & 4 (edit Current Signatures) then Enter Your Information 10 places (details)
6.
Be sure to save your work (left the “OK” and then left Click “Save” (details)
